Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, packing, and handling unless otherwise stated. Taxes and delivery-related charges will be outlined at checkout or in your quotation.

Our collection pieces are made to order unless noted otherwise. Full payment is required before production begins, including material sourcing and preparation. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded for a change of mind. This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

Payment instructions and available payment methods will be included with your invoice.

Shipping & Delivery

Each piece requires careful preparation for transport. Depending on its materials, dimensions, and destination, specialist packing, custom crating, or white-glove delivery may be necessary. These services are quoted separately unless expressly included.

We can assist with obtaining shipping quotations and coordinating delivery. You are also welcome to arrange your own carrier, with collection and handling requirements confirmed with the studio in advance.

For international orders, shipping arrangements and responsibility for customs clearance will be agreed before dispatch. Unless included in your quotation, import duties, taxes, and destination charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided with your order. We will keep you informed of material changes and provide any delay-related cancellation or refund options required by law.

Before arranging delivery, please confirm that doorways, hallways, elevators, and other access points can accommodate your piece, and let us know of any building requirements.
